How To: Get the 'In the Nick of Time' Achievement in Battlefield 3

Here's a good achievement for Battlefield 3 players who are tackling the co-op campaign. In the last level of the campaign, "The Eleventh Hour", you're tasked with diffusing a bomb before it blows up a subway station. 

To get the 'In the Nick of Time' achievement, you have to diffuse the bomb in question in 20 seconds or less. But to diffuse the bomb, you have to go through a whole quick time event. Timed button presses and I don't get along, but maybe you guys will have more luck with it. I haven't gotten too far in the co-op campaign for Battlefield 3, mainly because everyone I'd want to play with plays on Xbox 360, while I play on PC.
